Jason, a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience in the home care industry, has a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence. As a partner and executive at a leading home care company in New York City, Jason oversaw sales, operations, and human resources. Under his leadership, the organization received numerous accolades, including Best of Home Care Leader, Best of Home Care Provider, and Best of Home Care Employer awards for multiple years.
Jason’s commitment to excellence stems from his personal connection to caregiving. Inspired by his grandfather’s remarkable legacy—a decorated war hero who faced the challenges of Alzheimer’s with dignity and resilience—Jason brings both a personal and professional passion to the work he does. His grandfather’s journey profoundly shaped Jason’s mission to help families navigate the complexities of aging with compassion and support.
In 2022, Jason returned to his California roots to establish Legacy Homecare LA, blending his extensive expertise in home care with a deeply personal vision. Grounded in the values of compassion, dignity, and family, Legacy Homecare LA was created to honor the legacies of its clients while providing exceptional, high-touch care. Jason’s leadership reflects his unwavering dedication to empowering families and ensuring that their loved ones receive the highest quality of care.

Coming from a family of immigrants, Zehra experienced firsthand the struggles of having limited resources. She grew up helping her family navigate through disease processes such as high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, and heart disease.
With a passion to help others, she quickly developed an interest in the field of medicine and pursued a career in nursing. Shortly after completing her education, Zehra was handpicked to be a part of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she spent several years as a Medical-Surgical, Orthopedic, and Pediatric Nurse. As she transitioned into leadership positions, she found her calling in helping the elderly.
As Vice President of Client Care Services, Zehra oversees all operations and provides clinical support to our Nurses and Care Companions, as well as our clients and their families.
Her clinical lens allows us to provide our clients with an environment that is safe, secure, and prosperous.
Being a member of the American Nurses Association, with rigorous training and certification from the Alzheimer’s Association, Zehra aims to continue to shape the future of nursing and home healthcare.
Kurt Davis serves as the Director of Business Development at Legacy Homecare LA, where he has been an integral part of the team for the past two years. With nearly a decade of experience in home care operations and business development, Kurt plays a pivotal role in leading Legacy’s sales efforts and mentoring the sales team. His expertise and leadership have been instrumental in driving growth and strengthening relationships with clients and community partners.
Kurt began his home care journey in 2015 with 123 Homecare as the fifth member of the team, contributing to its rapid expansion and recognition by Inc. Magazine as the 294th fastest-growing company in the country in 2018. After 123 Homecare was acquired in 2021, Kurt worked with the new parent company before meeting Legacy’s founder, Jason Kidushim. Inspired by their shared commitment to high-quality care, excellent communication, and fostering a supportive and fun workplace culture, Kurt joined the Legacy team to help advance its mission.
In addition to his role at Legacy, Kurt serves on the board of multiple Community Partner Organizations, further demonstrating his dedication to enhancing the lives of others.
Kurt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Connecticut, graduating in 2011. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, exploring nature through hikes, and staying connected with his family across the country.

Alyssa has been with Legacy Homecare LA since 2022, where she serves as the Director of Community Outreach and sits on the company’s leadership team. In her current role, Alyssa oversees marketing and communications, ensuring Legacy’s message resonates with families and caregivers alike.
She is passionate about creating meaningful connections with the community, helping families navigate the complexities of home care, and fostering a supportive culture for caregivers. Her work reflects Legacy’s core values of compassion, excellence, and collaboration, driving the company’s mission to deliver unparalleled care.
Before joining Legacy, Alyssa spent close to seven years working alongside Jason in operational and business development roles at Alliance Homecare Inc., a leading private-pay home care agency in New York City. During her time at Alliance, Alyssa helped hundreds of families set up care for their loved ones, often guiding them through challenging and emotional decisions. In 2021, she was the agency’s top-performing business development representative, generating nearly $5 million in revenue and helping over 50 families access care in that year alone.
With a degree in Journalism from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Alyssa combines her communication skills and marketing expertise to amplify Legacy’s mission and reach. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her two little girls. Alyssa is excited to continue making a difference in the lives of families and caregivers across LA County and beyond.
David Kidushim serves as the Director of Finance and Human Resources at Legacy Homecare LA, where he has been a valued member of the leadership team. With an extensive background in finance, David brings exceptional expertise and strategic insight to Legacy.
Throughout his career, he has successfully managed large-scale portfolios and implemented streamlined workflows that drive efficiency and growth.
David’s connection to Legacy Homecare LA is deeply personal. Having witnessed the profound impact of in-home care for his grandfather, Joseph I. Kidushim—a decorated war hero who bravely faced the challenges of Alzheimer’s—David is passionate about helping families navigate their own care journeys. His dedication to honoring his grandfather’s legacy drives his commitment to delivering excellence at Legacy.
In his previous role, David worked at a leading homecare agency in New York City for four years, where he assisted families in navigating the world of in-home health care. Specifically, David was responsible for generating new leads, onboarding new clients, and communicating with all internal teams to ensure a seamless start of care.
David graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies in 2013.
