We offer weekly email updates tailored to each family's preferences. Families also have access to a technology portal for in-the-moment updates about ad hoc care.
Referral Coordination
We provide clients with access to our vast referral network, which includes therapists, geriatric care managers, attorneys, nutritionists, and more.
Physician Coordination
Our team liaises between each client and their medical team to navigate changes in condition, offer follow-up insights, and adjust medications or dosing.
Care Companion Communication
Weekly check-ins with every Care Companion ensure successful navigation of clinical processes and top-notch care for every client.
